Founded by Mark A. Feinberg in 1991, Feinberg & Company is a professional services firm of certified public accountants located in Fair Lawn, New Jersey with satelite offices in Trenton, New Jersey and New York City.
Mark A. Feinberg,
MBA, CPA
Founder and Principal
Mark began his career as a Management Consultant with Touche Ross & Company's, Management Services Division in 1975. In 1980, Mark joined Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company (now KPMG) as Senior Management Consultant. Mark is particularly known as an expert in real estate taxation and finance. He serves a variety of real estate clients, including owners, developers, construction contractors, condominium assoications and co-operative housing corporations.
Mr. Feinberg is a New York and New Jersey State Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School. He is a founding director and executive treasurer of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Bergen County Chapter, is a founding director and chairman of the Manhattan Babe Ruth League, Inc., is president of The Cast Iron Corp, a 145 unit New York City cooperative housing corporation and is the past vice president of finance of Westbeth Housing Corp. HDFC., New York, New York. Mark serves on the Executive Committee of a New York based real estate management, brokerage and development company. Mark is an accomplished skier and golfer.
Mario Guerrero,
CPA
In 1990, Mario began his professional career in the Audit Department of Deloitte & Touche. After several years of experience with a major international CPA firm, he joined Time Warner as an internal auditor. During his tenure with Time Warner, Mario held various management positions, specializing in domestic and international distribution. In 1995, Mario started an income tax practice in New York City, known as Financial Solutions (FS). This entity focused on assisting small businesses and freelance artists plan all their tax needs. As of January 2004, FS merged forces with Feinberg & Company. Mario is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of Binghamton University (BS Accounting). He serves on the Board of Directors of the American Leadership & Fitness Alliance.
Greg Semper
With over 15 years of diversified industry experience, Greg assumed the position of Controller of Desmar Corporation and DLIT, Inc. in North Bergen, New Jersey. Desmar is the American distributor of an Italian specialized lighting manufacturer. In 1999, Greg joined Feinberg & Company to assist with preparation of personal and corporate tax preparation, cash management analysis and financial statement preparation. Greg’s depth of industry experience and computer technical knowledge has been an enormous support to the firm’s operation. Greg is a graduate of Pace University (BBA Public Accounting).

Accounting Associate
Liz has been employed with the firm for the last 4 years. She has 15 years accounting experience. Previously she worked for United Retail, Inc. d/b/a - Avenue for 10 years. She held various accounting positions with them such as Supervisor of both Accounts Payable and Inventory Control and as a Staff Accountant. She brings her experience and organizational skills to assist in the daily operations of the firm. She is a graduate of Williams Paterson University with a BS in Accounting. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

Evan has been associated with the firm throughout his Gettysburg College years and has spear-headed the current marketing efforts while actively participating in the day-to-day tax preparation operations. He has had internships with Morgan Stanley and First Service Residential New York. Evan brings innovative technology knowledge to improve our platforms. Evan is an expert long distance outdoorsman/hiker and accomplished snowboarder.

Bob was trained at Price Waterhouse's audit division in 1974 and worked on a variety of audit engagements for Fortune 500 companies for the ensuing three years. In 1977, he joined J.H. Cohen, a metropolitan regional CPA firm and became a specialist in litigation support for matrimonial and insurance matters. Mr. Rubenstein worked on a variety of tax and audit mid-sized corporate clients. In 1979, he left J.H. Cohen and started a New Jersey based CPA practice, focusing on medical professionals and small corporate clients. Bob is a New Jersey Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers Business School. He is a past president of B'nai Brith of Bergen County, New Jersey.Mark and Bob began studying accounting principles and tax law at Rutgers College. Years later, their personal and business friendship continues to thrive as they work in association with each other, collaborate on tax law issues and general practice policy matters. Individually, they are members of the New Jersey State Society of CPA's, New York Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
